This is a small blog about my Warhammer 40,000 hobby. I will try to concentrate on the tactics behind the general game and my Xenos armies but there will be the odd post about random stuff.

Xenos and Proud is an 18 year old from Scotland who has been playing 40K for the last 4 years. He loves the 'under-dog' xenos armies, namely his Tyranid Gorgon splinter fleet, his Saim-Hann windrider host, his Tau Vleastean Hunter-cadre and the newest addition, the Shadowfax Corsairs. Although his tactics are mostly 'borrowed', his painting skills still 'developing' and his luck becoming evermore 'ridiculous' he continues to play, paint and roll in the hope that one day things will get better.

A Shout-out and See-you-later

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to give a shout out to my friends blogs who have just recently started blogging (even more recently than me). I've had a great reception into the warhammer blogsphere and am just asking you to have a quick look at their blogs and support them as much as you have me.

Also I won't be blogging over the next two weeks as I will be away in France on holiday. Hopefully when I'm there though I will play a few games against some French players so I can report on them. However my friends will be blogging more over the holidays and such so be sure to check them out.

    I'll try my best. Hopefully I can make up some battle reports of the games I will be playing in the French GW.

    It is always interesting trying to play when neither person knows the others language. I hardly speak French but from the last few games I've played there I know what the stats are called so that should be enough.

    Which armies are you bringing over? Getting good travel cases can be quite a bit of bulk, and taking it on hand luggage could be fairly limiting.
