Definitely worth it for only £35!
About Xenos and Proud
This is a small blog about my Warhammer 40,000 hobby. I will try to concentrate on the tactics behind the general game and my Xenos armies but there will be the odd post about random stuff.
About Me
- Xenos and Proud
- Aberdeen, United Kingdom
- Xenos and Proud is an 18 year old from Scotland who has been playing 40K for the last 4 years. He loves the 'under-dog' xenos armies, namely his Tyranid Gorgon splinter fleet, his Saim-Hann windrider host, his Tau Vleastean Hunter-cadre and the newest addition, the Shadowfax Corsairs. Although his tactics are mostly 'borrowed', his painting skills still 'developing' and his luck becoming evermore 'ridiculous' he continues to play, paint and roll in the hope that one day things will get better.

Army Cases: Stanley Mobile Work Center
After I saw this post about this tool case I just had to get one. It was exactly what I needed to fit all my Tyranids and has lots of pockets. The best thing though is definitely the detach-ability so I can only have a 1500 army or fit my whole collection in and get over 3000 points in! It also fits my Sabol foam trays perfectly.

that 3rd picture....
ReplyDeleteum, I think you're doing it wrong.
Yeah, delete the 3rd picture, and don't to that to your models... Actually if this is your way to store them a plastic bag would be much cheaper :D
ReplyDeleteEnough of jokes ;) look at my tutorial, I recently had an Idea how to make trays to custom cases, maybe it will help you...
Ok let me explain,
ReplyDeleteI was in quite a rush after coming home from a friends house and so instead of carefully placing all my gaunts (which is the only thing in the right of picture 3) into a tray which would take 5 mins I put them beside all the other foam trays on top.
I admit however that I need a better way to store them. I'm working on it.
Ok - I can live with that explanation :)
ReplyDeleteYES! The Stanley is an awesome case, especially if you are rolling around with Sabol trays. It is the only case I have found that safely stores my Trygons without snagging them everywhere.
ReplyDelete... don't worry about the gaunts, lol!
